This project involved a complete re-roof and re-side of a house and detached garage, completed through an insurance claim. The homeowner took the opportunity to upgrade the siding, adding vinyl shake accents to the gable ends and a custom white banner board to separate the two siding colors. The roof was replaced in the fall, and the siding was installed during the winter, showcasing the flexibility of completing home renovations across seasons.
