After a major storm in your area, best practice is to assess any storm damage you can see readily from the ground. However, leave the building-scaling to the experts! We will provide a thorough inspection of your property, take photographs and/or drone footage of any damage and discuss our findings with you.
File your insurance claim
Before storm damage repair work begins, your insurance claim must be filed. We are happy to help you through this process if needed. We have experts available to submit your insurance claim to ensure everything is in place prior to the start of your project.
Meet insurance adjuster
After your insurance claim is filed, we will meet your insurance adjuster at your property to walk him/her through the inspection once more, ensure all damages are accounted for, and make sure your final paperwork includes everything that needs to be repaired.
Paperwork and final questions
Upon final receipt of your insurance paperwork and insurance claim approval, we will walk through the claim and contract with you to answer any questions you may have and ensure the project is covered correctly.
Project kick-off
Once all paperwork is signed, we are ready to kick off your storm damage repair project! We will walk you through production selection processes, outline your estimated timeline and completion date, and communicate throughout the process with you to make sure the work is finished to your expectations.
