This project involved replacing 29 storm windows on a front porch, reframing around the windows, installing new gutter downspouts, and repairing storm-damaged siding. The homeowner needed the work completed quickly as they were preparing to put the house on the market. Despite Minnesota’s snowy conditions, the project was completed successfully, showing that home renovations like siding and window replacement can be done in any season.
