Close to Home Construction’s first introduction to Tower Ridge Apartments was in 2008 when we roofed the complex for the first time. After a large storm rolled in (2021) the buildings had extensive hail damage. Our team negotiated with the insurance company for the complex and after a double denial to coverage, we recommended they get an attorney involved. In the end, we were able to replace all the roofs and most siding on every building. In addition, the owner requested we add board and batten accents to the gable ends of the building – a great aesthetic touch.

In all, our team replaced 40,000 square feet of roofing and 24,000 of siding throughout the complex at a rate of one apartment complex and one garage complex per day. We completed all roofing in three days and siding in ten. We are proud of how fast and effective our team worked to complete the job.
