About Jesse

After being raised in the construction industry, I saw strong needs for communication and transparency. I built Close to Home Construction on the foundation of honesty and integrity, and I thrive on building and strengthening relationships with our clients, referral partners, suppliers, employees, installers and all other professionals affiliated with Close to Home. I enjoy being a caregiver in the industry and being sure our projects are executed from start to finish with a high level of attention to detail. Whether it’s a multi-family complex overhaul or a simple residential deck build, we want our customers to know we care about their projects as much as our own homes.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy almost anything the outdoors can throw at me such as golfing, hunting, fishing, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Most importantly, I love spending time and making memories with my family.

My entire career I've been fortunate enough to work for businesses with strong company cultures. These companies value their customers and employees with the level of care that creates an environment that is so much more than “just another client,” "just a job" or "just a paycheck". I joined the Close to Home Construction team because they have those same great values and integrity in what they do as a commercial and residential contractor. As the business development manager, I draw on my 20+ years of experience at all levels of business, having worn many hats. I’m excited to help C2HC achieve goals, grow and help customers while still maintaining the strong foundation of core values. In my free time I love spending time with my family. We spend a lot of time going to kids’ events, boating, 4-wheeling, enjoying evening fires and hanging out as a family.

Hi, my name is Tom Kelly and I am a project manager for commercial and residential business at Close to Home Construction. My goal is for each of my customers to have a wonderful and seamless experience while working with Close to Home Construction. Whether it be an insurance claim, exterior remodeling project, window replacement or deck build, I am confident in our team's ability to make your home or business look the best that it ever has. I am a husband and father of two and outside of work I love spending time outdoors with my family. We enjoy hunting, fishing at our family cabin, playing golf and traveling.

Hi, my name is Steve Reitmeier. I am the production manager at Close to Home Construction. I have spent over 35 years in the construction industry in both the commercial and residential markets. I have committed my adult life to helping all our customers get the help they need to complete the visions they have of their homes, cabins and commercial property. I look forward to many more years of passing my experiences and knowledge to all our future customers. My greatest joys in life are being with family and spending time outdoors, whether that be hunting, fishing, hiking or golfing.

I have spent my life in sales and after 25 years, I understand the difference between a salesman and a partner – I am a partner, concerned with my customers best interests. My goal is to educate you as my customer and be sure that you are secure in knowing how our processes work and understanding the insurance process as it pertains to your policy. I only succeed if you are satisfied; it’s the reason I am in this business. I have been a long-time homeowner and understand the concern and the love that you have for your largest investment, too. In my free time, I enjoy working on my home and improving it to enjoy with friends and family. I love to cook and BBQ meats and host large gatherings for all to enjoy.

My name is Buddy and I am a sales representative and project manager with Close to Home Construction. One of the most important parts of my job is building relationships with each and every customer. I love relating to my customers, getting to know them and helping them with their roofing, siding or deck projects. When restoration services are needed due to weather, I personally understand the impact and stress this can have on a property owner. It’s my goal to work my hardest to ensure that each customer receives the best possible result from their claim. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, hunting, bike riding and almost anything that takes me outdoors.
